Introduction

Dear Reader,

With over 15 years in vocational ministry, I bring a blend of pastoral care, strategic leadership, and hands-on discipleship development. My work has spanned youth and family ministry, adult discipleship, leadership training, and church-wide culture shaping. I have led staff through months of intentional discipleship training, hosted multi-day leadership events, and launched innovative environments that move discipleship from theory into daily practice.

My ministry is grounded in a simple conviction: Jesus' sacrifice restores us wholly to God, calling us to intentionally love others in a way that draws them into authentic relationship with Him and equips them to do the same. This belief has shaped my ministry through seasons of great joy and deep challenge, including walking with my family through our son’s cancer battle. It has guided my preaching, my leadership, and my commitment to developing others.

I envision the local church as a multiplying community of authentic discipleship—followers of Jesus equipping others to follow Him. By creating reproducible systems rooted in biblical values, churches can move from aspiration to movement, where spiritual multiplication and leadership development happen naturally within the life of the body.
